My series of books on aviation written by artificial intelligence (AI) consist of seven books. I wanted to see what AI could suggest for running an airline efficiently. It covers the operational and human side of the business to finally the man/woman who is suppose to have a free hand to make it happen, i.e the CEO.
It is clear today to remain at the leading edge, digitisation and digitalisation is a must. Data-driven management has to be applied throughout all sections of the airline. This should be part of the mindset of the leadership team. Let the computers crunch the numbers and produce real time information to allow the right decision to be taken. Your precious time should be used for continuous improvement, innovation and value creation.
